Multiple Assignees
Assign several people to one Jira issue, keep a single owner, and see who is actually moving it forward.
Jira gives an issue one assignee. Real work rarely has one owner. Multiple Assignees adds co-assignees beside a primary owner, without sub-tasks and without leaving the issue view.

One owner, many contributors
A primary assignee carries the issue and stays in Jira's native assignee field, so automation, filters and smart values keep working. Co-assignees sit beside them, each with their own share of the work.
Progress, per person
The project report weights each contributor by what they have actually completed and sorts itself, so a glance tells you who is carrying the sprint and who is stuck.
Your rules, applied at scale
Per-project defaults for assignees, the auto-opening panel and notifications. Set them once and every new issue in the project follows them.
Visible on the board
Board cards show the primary owner, the contributor names and a progress bar, encoded in the custom field itself. No configuration, nothing to add to the card layout.
