Introduction
This privacy policy outlines how Multiple Assignees (the "App") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the App. The App is provided by La Forge WORK, located at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA (hereinafter "La Forge WORK", "we", "us" or "our").
Information we collect
The App may collect the following types of personal information:
- Atlassian account information — to use the App, you authenticate through your Atlassian account. We process your name, email address, Atlassian account ID and avatar URL associated with that account.
- Jira project & issue data — to deliver the App features, we read and write issue fields, project settings and custom field values (in particular the list of assignees, progress, original-estimate split and watcher updates) on the Jira instances where the App is installed.
- Configuration data — the default-assignees lists, webhook URLs and per-project settings you configure inside the App.
- Technical & diagnostic data — anonymised logs (timestamps, error codes, request paths) collected for the sole purpose of operating, securing and debugging the App. We do not attach these logs to your personal identity.
How we use your information
We use the data above for the following purposes:
- To provide the App's features and services.
- To communicate with you about App updates, new features and incidents that may affect you.
- To detect, prevent and respond to security incidents.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We will never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as strictly necessary to operate the infrastructure on which the App runs (see Sub-processors below).
Sub-processors
The App runs on Atlassian's Forge platform. Atlassian acts as a sub-processor for hosting, authentication and storage. See the Atlassian Privacy Policy for details.
Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the App's features and services. When the App is uninstalled from your Atlassian site, configuration data is deleted within 30 days. If you wish to have your personal information deleted sooner, please contact us through the Support page.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. The App is Cloud Fortified and participates in the Atlassian Marketplace Bug Bounty Program. Communications are encrypted in transit (TLS) and stored data is encrypted at rest by Atlassian.
Your rights
