Privacy Policy — Booking Series

Introduction
This privacy policy outlines how Booking Series(the "App") collects, uses and protects personal information when the App is installed on a site. The App is provided by La Forge WORK, a brand owned and operated by Moshivo LLC, located at 8 The Green #21902, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA (hereinafter "La Forge WORK", "we", "us" or "our").
Two groups of people are concerned: the site owner who installs the App, and the site visitorswho book a series of appointments through it. The site owner is the controller of their clients' data; the App processes that data on their behalf.
Information we collect
- Booking contact details — when a visitor books a series, the App processes the first name, last name and email address they enter in the booking form, so that the appointments can be created and the order can be paid.
- Appointment data— the service booked, the chosen practitioner, the date and time of each appointment, the cadence and number of appointments, the time zone, the payment mode, and the identifier and status of each booking created in the site's own booking system.
- Site configuration — the per-service settings chosen by the site owner: whether the App is enabled, the cadences offered, the minimum and maximum number of appointments, the tolerance around the preferred time, and the volume discount tiers.
- Installation data— the identifier of the App installation on the site, used to identify the site and to check the site owner's subscription.
The App does notcollect payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by the site's own checkout and its payment providers.
Where the data is stored
The App stores the series it books and their appointments in data collections that belong to the site itself, on the hosting platform the site runs on. That data stays under the site owner's control and is visible to them in their dashboard. We do not copy it to our own servers, and we operate no separate database for the App.
How we use the information
- To check availability, create the appointments of a series, and keep their status in step with the site's booking system.
- To produce a single checkout for a series paid upfront, or to confirm the appointments of a series paid at each visit.
- To apply the volume discount the site owner configured.
- To show the site owner their booked series and let them cancel the appointments still ahead.
- To verify that the site's subscription to the App is active.
We never sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, except as strictly necessary to operate the platform the App runs on (see Sub-processors below). The App sends no data to any third-party AI or machine-learning service, and performs no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking.
Sub-processors
The App runs on the hosting platform of the site it is installed on, which acts as a sub-processor for hosting, authentication and storage. For sites built with Wix, that platform is Wix.com Ltd; see the Wix Privacy Policy for details.
Data retention
Series and appointment records are kept for as long as the App is installed, so that the site owner keeps the history of what was booked. When the App is uninstalled, its data collections and the records they hold are removed with it. The appointments themselves remain in the site's booking system, under the site owner's control, and are governed by that platform's own retention rules. A site owner or a client who wants records deleted sooner can ask us through the Support page.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. All communication is encrypted in transit (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest by the hosting platform. The endpoints that read or change a site's series are restricted to signed-in site administrators; the endpoints a visitor's browser may call return nothing beyond what is already public on the site, and never expose another client's contact details.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA and similar regulations), you have the right to access, update, port or delete your personal information. Clients who booked a series should contact the business they booked with, as the controller of that data; that business, and any site owner, can also reach us through the Support page.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may modify or update this privacy policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating this page and the Last updated date at the top.
